An AI scribe is a secure digital assistant that listens to the conversation between you and your clinician (with your consent) during face-to-face appointments and automatically creates a structured, accurate summary of the appointment.

The AI scribe does not make clinical decisions. All documentation is reviewed and approved by your clinician.
